Job Description:
We are continuously hiring Imaging professionals to support a variety of care settings across Salt Lake County. Whether you're an experienced Radiologic Technologist or exploring your next opportunity, this posting allows you to be considered for current and upcoming imaging positions across Salt Lake County. Opportunities may become available in clinic, inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, procedural, and ambulatory care settings.

Sign-On Bonus Opportunity

Imaging Specialty Scope
Depending on experience, licensure, and certification, roles may include:
• Radiologic Technologist (Registered)
• Senior Radiologic Technologist / Radiologic Technologist II
• Limited Scope Radiographer

Positions may support general diagnostic imaging, fluoroscopy, mobile imaging, and procedural services depending on department needs.

Minimum Qualifications
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) certification or registry eligibility, as required by role
• Current Radiologic Technologist or Limited Scope Radiographer license in state of practice, as applicable
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers

Key Responsibilities
• Perform radiologic examinations according to department protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate identification throughout the imaging process.
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements.
• Document procedures and utilize imaging equipment and information systems appropriately.
• Collaborate effectively with providers, patients, and fellow caregivers.

Physical Requirements
• Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
• Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
• Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.
• Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.
• Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items. Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc.)
• May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$29.43 - $45.39
