Summary :
The position is responsible for administering and maintaining the various Banking, Corporate Card, and Merchant Services platforms utilized by the health system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence through the development and maintenance of policies and procedures, user training and support, system administration, ongoing compliance, and audit activities. This role will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders such as platform vendors, banking partners, the Froedtert ThedaCare Corporate Finance team, and Froedtert ThedaCare IT. A major focus will be the successful execution of the bank RFP, integration of Treasury Operations into the new ERP system (Workday) and driving broader technological advancement across treasury functions. The analyst will also contribute to daily treasury operations, cash forecasting, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, visibility, and control over cash and banking activities.
Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Treasury Systems Administrator – Oversight, training, and general maintenance of Banking, Corporate Card, and Merchant Services platforms. Will play a key role in the onboarding of any new Treasury systems.
• Support the development and implementation of a robust cash forecasting process.
• Review and analyze monthly bank account statements and perform bank fee analysis.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement technological solutions (bank services, third-party tools, and internal systems) to streamline treasury operations and strengthen internal controls.
• Support the implementation of Workday treasury modules and related processes.
• Execute funds transfer transactions timely and accurately. Review requests to ensure complete information and authorization, reconciliation to daily/monthly forecasting activities and coordination with Corporate Finance for accurate recording.
• Assists with the preparation, maintenance and governance of bank service agreements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify and mitigate fraud risks by monitoring transactions, enhancing payment controls, and supporting fraud prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Revenue Cycle teams to improve payment processes, timing, and reconciliation accuracy.
• Develop and maintain treasury reporting and dashboards to improve visibility into cash positions, banking activity, and key performance metrics.
• Maintain bank account structures, including account openings/closures, signatory updates, and documentation in compliance with internal policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing automation where appropriate.
• All other duties as assigned by Treasurer and/or Director, Treasury Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum 3 years’ treasury operations required. Bank or healthcare financial experience highly desirable.
Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)
CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation, or the willingness to obtain.
This will be a Hybrid role:
• In office in Menominee Falls one day a week
• Periodic in office in Neenah
Additional Skills

• Experience with process improvement and new process implementation
• Workday experience desirable
• Strong skillset with all Microsoft Office applications required
• Individual must be analytical, detail oriented and demonstrate ability to work independently.
