Job Description
To partner with the clinical transplant coordinator team to organize pre and post-transplant clinical and administrative support including, but not limited to, scheduling, verification of insurance, requesting medical records, and patient communications necessary to ensure a smooth, timely process for patients both pre and post-transplant. Coordinates the escalation of patient issues and concerns to the transplant team.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of related experience required.
