Accountable for recruiting, coordinating and retaining an active volunteer pool of individuals. The Director oversees all areas and tasks undertaken by volunteers and coordinates educational programs such as the World of Work, Avera Academy and Job Shadow Program. Provides exceptional care and services to patients, residents, guests and colleagues at all times.
