JOB SUMMARY
Operates the PBX system assuring a positive public image and ability to meet the telecommunication needs of all our customer groups.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
• High School or Equivalent.

Minimum Work Experience
• No previous experience

Required Licenses/Certifications
Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities
• Ability to use CRT monitor
• Handles emergency or crisis situations in a calmly matter.
• Subject to varying and unpredictable situations.
• Subjects to long irregular hours.
• Handles absentee replacement on short notice.
