In this role, you'll serve as both a clinical expert and a trusted leader, partnering with the Department Manager to support daily operations, drive quality outcomes, and create an environment where patients and caregivers thrive. Qualifications
Required
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
• Maintains all certifications required by the unit
• Minimum of two years of RN experience
• Minimum of one year RN experience within the specialty area
• ACLS and PALS certification

Preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or active education plan toward completion
