Job Summary:
Ensures an effective and efficient service delivery of Talent system workstreams. Consults, analyzes, and interprets core data to provide solutions, strategies, and guidance on correcting the deficiencies to the Talent leadership team. Acts as a liaison between the Talent stakeholders, organizational technology teams, and technology vendors to facilitate and drive projects. Manages project and operational oversight of performance management applications with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience, quality delivery, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages all aspects of data related to systems and processes including talent management, talent operations and provider teams.
• Utilizes expert-level of fluency with all talent systems (including knowledge of how systems interface with and the ability to proactively identify issues) to coach, mentor, and provide development opportunities for team members on relevant technology.
• Leads the design and implementation of critical talent technologies though the full life cycle of implementation using project management methodologies for design, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoots performance gaps and develops short-term and long-term solutions. Leads service delivery of non-daily Talent initiatives, such as system testing, trainings specific to technological applications, and implementations as identified for resolution.
• Reports on key talent analytics, processes, and programs to organizational leaders. Presents information to customers in clear, concise, and useful formats.
• Partners with the organization’s strategic stakeholders to develop, support and implement “best-in-class" programs to attract and retain quality talent.
• Consults with Talent leadership on system needs and data. Interprets data, identifies trends, gathers market data, establishes and utilizes benchmark data, creates data visualization to effectively communicate information to key stakeholders.
• Manages relationships with various centers of excellence (COEs) to stay informed of changes in strategy, new deliverables, and current issues, including serving as the collaboration point of contact for Tier 2 functional areas, performing as the subject matter expert for Talent to identify and implement stop gap solutions and provide next steps for the long-term solution.
• Leverages technology to enhance and automate current processes. Engages the market to understand technological best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience/education
EXPERIENCE
• Five years’ experience
• Experience with one more of the following:
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• CRM platforms
• Talent Acquisition technologies
• Talent Management systems
• Performance Management systems
• HRIS/HCM platforms
• Preferred Technical Tools
• Workday (preferred)
• Phenom (preferred)
• Reporting tools such as:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Workday Reporting
• Excel Power Query
