Systems Administrator – End User Computing & Digital Workspace
Position Summary
The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, security, and optimization of enterprise endpoint management, virtual desktop infrastructure, identity management, and Microsoft 365 services. This role manages Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Jamf Pro; supports Imprivata authentication solutions; administers Microsoft 365 and related cloud services; and maintains VMware Horizon VDI environments to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient end-user experience.
Essential Responsibilities
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Jamf Pro for endpoint deployment, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook
• Support and maintain Imprivata authentication and single sign-on solutions.
• Administer VMware Horizon VDI infrastructure, desktop pools,
• Implement and maintain endpoint security, device compliance, conditional access policies, and patch management processes.
• Monitor platform health, system performance, and service availability; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Service Desk, and business stakeholders to support organizational initiatives, including IT modernization and automation initiatives.
• Participate in on-call support, maintenance activities, and project implementations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. (required)
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management, Microsoft 365, and virtual desktop technologies.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Jamf Pro.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
• Experience administering VMware Horizon VDI Images.
• Experience supporting Imprivata identity and access management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, endpoint security, and device lifecycle management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• 5-7 years’ work experince (Required)

Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft 365 Administrator certification.
• Jamf Certified Administrator.
• VMware Horizon or VCP certification.
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments.
• Experience with PowerShell and automation scripting.

$111,000-$168,500/Annual
