Job description
Overview
The Supervisor assists the department manager in the supervision, coordination and management of personnel in assigned area. Participates in all recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, scheduling, evaluation, performance improvement and competency assessment of employees. Assists in the maintenance of professional practice standards. Supervises and manages the day to day activities of the relevant department. Serves as a management resource in the department in the absence of the manager.

Licensed Physical Therapist Required - Or Licensed Occupational Therapist Required - Or Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist Required - And Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required
Education
Bachelor's Degree Related Field Required - And Master's Degree Related Field Preferred
Experience
3 Years Clinical - Rehabilitation Required
