Make a DifferenceCommunity Health Network is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to provide functional and application support for ERP and supply chain systems, with a strong preference for Workday experience. This role serves as a key resource for Supply Chain end users, supporting daily operations, troubleshooting system issues, and partnering with business and IT teams to optimize technology solutions that drive efficiency and improve workflows.The ideal candidate combines supply chain expertise with strong analytical and technical skills to translate business needs into effective system solutions, support ongoing enhancements, and help evaluate emerging technologies that improve operational performance. Key Responsibilities:Serve as a functional expert for ERP and supply chain applications, including procurement, purchasing, inventory, sourcing, receiving, and supplier management systems. Support system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions and process improvements. Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, operational leaders, and vendors to identify opportunities and deliver technology solutions. Provide advanced support for complex system issues and lead root-cause analysis and resolution efforts. Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support. Develop training materials, process documentation, and user education programs. Stay informed on emerging ERP, supply chain, automation, analytics, and AI technologies to enhance business performance. Exceptional Skills and QualificationsApplicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. Associate degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field required. Three (3) years of experience supporting ERP or supply chain systems in a business or application support role required. Three (3) years of Supply Chain Management experience required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Experience supporting Workday ERP, particularly Supply Chain functionality. Experience with system implementations, upgrades, testing, and change management. Workday certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Financial Management, Reporting, or Integrations.
