Supervisor Operations in Rural Health Unit at Redwood Memorial Hospital. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.

Providence Family Practice -
This position plays a key role in the success of the organization in regard to assuring access to patient care and direct supervision of clinical and non-clinical staff. Supervisor has oversight of day-to-day clinic operations supporting efficient patient care. Areas of responsibility include supervision and development of employees, allocating resources for patient care coordination, and working in collaboration with clinic leadership in improving patient satisfaction, complaint resolution, and clinic performance in meeting organizational and regional goals. In coordination with Department leadership, is responsible for hiring, coaching, and evaluation of staff. Assists Department leadership with counseling, discipline, and termination of staff.

Required Qualifications:
• 2 years Providence Family Practice Only: 2 years supervisory experience in a clinical setting -OR-
• 2 years Progressive leadership role in clinic setting (Team lead, interim leader assignment) -OR-
• 1 year in a progressive leadership role in a clinic setting AND at least 1 year supervisory experience -OR-
• Equivalent leadership experience- in a relevant setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field.
