Supervisor, Nursing - Cardiac OR
Lead the daily operations of our Cardiac OR while supporting a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional patient care. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing staff, coordinating workflow, and ensuring efficient surgical operations in a fast-paced cardiac surgery environment.
What you'll do
• Lead daily Cardiac OR operations and staff.
• Support safe, high-quality patient care.
• Manage workflow, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Solve operational and clinical challenges effectively.

Who you are
• Registered Nurse with Cardiac OR experience required .
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous surgical services leadership experience preferred.
• National Nursing Certification required within 1 year of hire.
