Supervisor Maintenance

Job description

Supervises maintenance and repair section of Central Boiler and Chiller Plant Operations department. Participates in and directs section activities. Requires minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in the building trades with 2 years as a Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications:
• Related coursework/training or on‑the‑job training
• Associate's Degree
• Plant operations and maintenance experience
• Commercial experience in boilers, chillers, and other HVAC systems
• General Contractor or superintendent experience
