This role manages staffing adjustments, call-ins, float assignments, and staffing resource allocation while collaborating with nursing leaders and departmental leadership. The Staffing Coordinator serves as a central communication resource for staffing operations in a 24/7 healthcare environment.
Job Description:
Seeking Staffing Coordinator!
Part-time (36 hours biweekly), 9 hours/2 shifts a week, 10:30p-9:00a, rotates every 3rd weekend

Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area

This role manages staffing adjustments, call-ins, float assignments, and staffing resource allocation while collaborating with nursing leaders and departmental leadership. The Staffing Coordinator serves as a central communication resource for staffing operations in a 24/7 healthcare environment.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Associate’s degree Preferred
• Two (2) years experience
• Two (2) years healthcare scheduling, staffing or administrative experience preferred; Experience in hospital operations or staffing coordination preferred; Familiarity with staffing and scheduling systems (i.e. API, Workday) preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications highly recommended.
