Staffing Coordinator - PACE

Job description

Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
Schedule : Monday to Friday Day shift
Accountable for the efficient coordination of the clinical staff schedules. Scope of work includes triaging incoming calls; scheduling visits in an electronic scheduling system; ensuring staff assignments maximize continuity of care and clinical productivity. Also responsible for coordinating and assignment daily schedules for clinical staff. Ordering supplies and coordinate participants appointments.

Required qualifications:
• 2 years of demonstrated outstanding customer service experience (ie filing, multi-phone lines and scheduling)
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
• EHR/EMR experience

Preferred qualifications:
• Coursework/Training: Educational coursework in Medical Terminology or Knowledge acquired through on-the-job experience.
• 1 year of recent experience in staffing or related experience in a clinical setting or home services.
