JOB SUMMARY:
Perform clinical evaluations and develop a program of treatment to ensure each
patient achieves their maximum functional level.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education (or equivalent years of experience):
Required for consideration:
• Bachelors Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

B. Experience (or equivalent education):
No experience required for hospital setting.
C. Licensure
Required for consideration: Physical Therapy from the State of Florida.
D. Certification
Required for consideration : BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (only these two providers will be accepted).
