Job Summary
The Associate Engagement Analyst handles supporting organizational strategic systems, initiatives, and projects with a focus on evaluation, design, optimization, and department analytics. This position serves as a technical and analytical expert within the Engagement & Associate Experience team—developing data-informed insights, building dashboards, and presenting findings that drive strategies, workforce planning, and cultural development.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Work Experience:
Three years of experience in data analytics, organizational strategy, and program development are required .
License/Registration/Certification:
None.
Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• Excellent organizational skills.
• EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to apply computer skills to perform data analysis, graphics, spreadsheets and database management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
• Ability to speak in public, plan, organize and provide directions to staff and volunteers at events.
• Knowledge of research skills and data collection and analysis.
• Ability to apply attention to detail with a great ability to communicate with community members, the public, and staff.
