Job description
Job Summary
Responsible for the delivery of professional, complex services to patients and patient's families within an interdisciplinary team setting.
Qualifications
Education
• Required
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Master’s degree in social work
Experience:
• Two years of experience in Social Work Services
• Two years of experience in Counseling
Certification/Licensure:
• Required
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Must be current in the State of Texas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
• SAFE Approach Level III Certification
Must obtain within six (6) months of start date
