Job Summary: To perform a wide variety of Speech Therapy evaluations and procedures in the care and treatment of patients
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Speech Pathology.
• North Carolina state license required.
• At least one year of speech therapy experience is required.
• Considerable knowledge of speech and swallowing terminology, procedures, and techniques.
• Thorough skill and clinical judgment in performing speech therapy procedures, including bedside swallow evaluations and treatment.
• Demonstrates effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams that aligns with CaroMont’s cultural values.
• Commitment to providing highly reliable, high quality, safe and compassionate care with a passion for continuous growth and providing an excellent patient experience.
• BLS Certification required.
