Skilled Maintenance Full Time 7:00A-3:30P M-F:
Assists in maintaining and repairing plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering and associated equipment to maximize efficiency levels in all environmentally controlled areas. Performs preventive maintenance duties to all physical structures of hospital and complies with all building safety codes. Assists in replacing, installing, repairing and testing systems as required. A working knowledge of locksmith, replacing locks, cutting keys, rekeying locks. Works day, evening or night shift as assigned. Knowledge and observance of safety precautions.
Air handlers, fan coils and motor repair, chillers operation preferred.
Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30PM
On Call 15 days a month
Available on weekends as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Experience between 1-3 years.
Bilingual (Spanish/English).
