What You’ll Do
• Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for team members, providers, patients, families, vendors, and other WakeMed departments.

• Help manage a broad and active service line, balancing multiple priorities while providing consistent, timely support.

Who We’re Looking For

• Elevated customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on responsibilities.
• Dependable and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and interacting with a variety of people throughout the day.
• Basic math skills and confidence working with routine financial or administrative information.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
