And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you.Make a DifferenceThe Senior Inventory Control Analyst – Pharmacy serves as a knowledgeable authority for assigned inventory and materials systems, supporting Community Health Network teams and end users through system planning, analysis, design, application build, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. This role works with minimal supervision, understands application interdependencies and end-user workflows, supports special projects, and applies project management and process improvement methods to deliver reliable, integrated solutions.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsApplicants for this position should demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, mentoring, customer service, and team-building skills, with the ability to support inventory systems and process improvement efforts.Bachelor's degree required. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.Four or more years of supply chain experience or inventory systems experience required.Develops, implements, and maintains processes, procedures, and communication channels that support customer service, quality, safety, and performance.Completes assigned system build and testing activities and promotes consistent build and testing standards.Performs in-depth workflow analysis, data collection, reporting, and technical review for supported applications.Demonstrates integrated system knowledge and understands the impact of system decisions on end users, workflows, Inventory, and Materials teams.Troubleshoots end-user issues, researches solutions, collaborates across Inventory and IT teams, and works with application vendors when needed.Partners with Inventory leadership to meet service-level expectations, deliver projects on time, maintain key performance indicators, and advance process improvement.Mentors analysts in application knowledge, problem-solving, research, testing, implementation, system administration, and workflow or build coordination.Facilitates small projects using project management skills, supports new programs and special projects, and seeks opportunities for continued growth within Inventory and Materials.Models professionalism and Community Health Network PRIIDE values while helping create an environment of trust, teamwork, and high morale.
