We are hiring for Triage RN position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!
Position is part-time, 0.5 FTE, 8-hr Variable shifts, 20 hours per week.

Provides nursing triage to general public via telephone. Assesses appropriate intervention using nursing process.

Required Qualifications:
• Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire or equivalent education/experience:
• An RN with 20 years of RN experience will not be required to obtain a BSN
• Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case by the most senior administrative nursing leader in consultation with the Human Resources leader
• RNs employed prior to 2021 are encouraged to obtain a Bachelor's or higher degree in Nursing, but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment.
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License.
• 1 year of recent clinical experience in any of the following suggested areas; home health, tele health, medical-surgical, critical care, emergency, pediatric or maternal-child health nursing.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing upon hire.
• 3 years of recent clinical experience in any of the following suggested areas; home health, tele health, medical-surgical, critical care, emergency, pediatric or maternal-child health nursing.
