WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a Registered Nurse at the Center of Hope, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate, trauma-informed care to patients while supporting both their medical and emotional needs. This position involves clinical expertise, forensic evaluation, patient advocacy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide team-based patient care and conduct forensic exams
• Document findings and maintain compliant records
• Educate and support patients using trauma-informed care
• Monitor conditions and adjust care plans as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred)

Experience
• Minimum 2 years of nursing or patient care experience (Preferred)
• At least 1 year of emergency or acute care experience (Preferred)

Licensure & Certifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Illinois
• Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Certification – International Association of Forensic Nurses (Preferred/Required based on role level)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
