Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) to walk alongside patients and their loved ones through life's journey while building meaningful relationships and bringing comfort and joy. As an RN with Hospice, you will have the opportunity to get to know your patients, hear their life stories, and help maximize their quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Status : Full-time
• Work Shift : Weekends

What Your Day Looks Like: As a Hospice Registered Nurse , your focus is always on providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families. Your day may include :
• Reviewing your schedule and coordinating care for hospice patients.
• Traveling to patients' homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or other care settings.
• Performing comprehensive nursing assessments and monitoring symptoms.
• Providing emotional support and guidance during difficult conversations.
• Collaborating with physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, and other members of the hospice interdisciplinary team.
• Responding to urgent patient needs and helping families navigate changes in condition.
• Completing documentation and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Participating in on-call rotations to ensure patients and families have support when they need it most.

Qualifications:
• Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• License: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Skills: Strong patient care and communication skills
