Job Description:
The Member Services Representative at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for ensuring a high quality experience with the Wellness Center. This role exhibits strong communication and organizational skills to manage tasks and activities including welcoming members and guests, managing front desk administrative activities, registering new members, and serving as a knowledgeable representative to inform on special programs and membership benefits to facilitate a positive member experience.JOB FUNCTIONS Customer Service:
• Ensures excellent customer services.
• Fulfills responsibilities in a caring manner with members, community members, staffs, and guests. Office Operations:
• Performs front desk operations and child care attendant as requested.
• Answers and responds to incoming telephone calls and inquiries.
• Performs all related new member responsibilities.
• Performs point of sale and pro shop operation.
• Schedules new member enrollment appointments. Marketing:
• Takes responsibility for providing information on all special programs for individual and corporate memberships.
• Takes accountability for providing information on individual and corporate memberships. Knowledge Skills and Abilities
• Must have proven communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Must have knowledge and skills needed to proficiently serve the people with a caring attitude.
• Must have basic computer and clerical skills.
• Must have excellent leadership skills.
• Must be accountable for the optimal function of the front desk.
• Must be a role model and representative of the Wellness Center at all times.
• Must be able to communicate information effectively concerning membership and other pertinent information about the Wellness Center to members, guests, and staff.
• Must provide the first impression of the center and must convey a high level of professionalism, service, and care members and prospective members. Salary Range:
$18.32 - $27.48
Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or Project Search Graduate | Business Administration/Management | Required
