Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between patients and healthcare staff by scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and providing timely, professional assistance.
Qualifications
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: Completion of a Medical Terminology course.
Required Skills
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally, courteously, and effectively.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Required Experience
• One to two (1–2) years of customer service experience.

Preferred Experience
• Two (2) years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related environment.

Patient Population
• Responsible for serving patients across all age groups.
