Working in one of the region's most advanced surgical environments, you'll support patients through a wide range of procedures, from minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries to complex specialty and trauma cases.
You'll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and perioperative professionals who are committed to delivering safe, high-quality care and outstanding patient outcomes. What You'll Do
• Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients throughout the perioperative experience.
• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Support a variety of surgical specialties, including robotic, minimally invasive, general, specialty, and trauma procedures.
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical expertise to anticipate patient and procedural needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Advocate for patient safety while maintaining surgical best practices and quality standards.
• Coordinate care, communicate effectively across teams, and support efficient surgical workflows.
• Educate patients and families throughout the surgical journey.

Required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or another compact licensure state.

Preferred
• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• Previous surgery or perioperative nursing experience.
