Job description

Job Summary:
Assists patient with cardiac recovery after cardiac event. Assists patient with physical exercise; Educates patient on heart disease assists with home discharge instruction; Monitors patient vital signs during rehab exercise, bronchoscopy, and cardiac stress procedures.
Education:
Associated Degree of Nursing: Required
Experience:
Cardiac Rehab Program: Preferred
Teaching: Preferred
Experience with patients with past cardiac events: Preferred
Certification & Licensure:
Registered Nurse: Required
Registered Nurse Bachelors: Preferred
CPR: Required*
ACLS: Required*
EKG, Basic: Required*
Additional Comments:
*Will need to have within 90 days from hire.
