How you’ll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role will:
• Administer nursing care to ill or injured persons by assisting in caring for patients by giving direct care
• Coordinate and deliver quality general and psychiatric nursing care to patients hospitalized for treatment of substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric or emotional disorders
• Assume direct responsibility for observation, delegation, and leadership of the unit staff and patients
• Serve actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, supporting the organization, program, and unit philosophy of care
• Ensure the safety and well-being of each patient
• Ensures all medical orders are followed, initiates and follows treatment planning, and acts as a patient advocate at all times

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a current Colorado or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
• Education : Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred, Associates required
• Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred, but must have within 30 days of hire

Schedule: FT Days 7a-7p rotating weekends/rotating weekends/on call/holidays
Pay range for this position is $39.15-$52.85 p/hr
