Facility : Forsyth Medical Center
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Work Schedule: Full-Time | Days 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM| 36 hours/week
What You'll Do
• Provide advanced wound care and vascular assessment and monitoring.
• Manage care for patients with complex renal and dialysis needs.
• Support specialized device and perfusion management.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized patient care.

What We're Looking For
Required:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• One year of acute nursing experience required.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association

Preferred:
• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
