At Deaconess Cross Pointe, nurses care for individuals experiencing some of the most difficult moments of their lives. As a Psychiatric RN, you'll play a critical role in helping them find it.
This 58-bed behavioral health facility cares for both adolescents and adults in a collaborative environment where nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, therapists, and providers work together toward a shared goal: helping patients move toward recovery. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, provide encouragement, and remind someone of their worth during a time when they may struggle to see it themselves.
What makes psychiatric nursing unique is the impact. Long after medications are administered and treatment plans are completed, patients often remember the nurse who listened, believed in them, and helped them take the first step toward healing.
