What You'll Do
• Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgment.
• Manage pain, comfort, and recovery needs while prioritizing patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding recovery expectations and post-operative care.
• Coordinate individualized plans of care to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications
Required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or another compact licensure state.

Preferred
• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• Previous PACU, ICU, ED, or other critical care experience.
