• Schedule: Night Shift | Full-time

How you’ll make an impact in this role
• High-Acuity Care Delivery: Provides expert direct nursing care for intermediate-level patients, strictly adhering to complex clinical policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Vigilant Patient Monitoring: Implements individualized care plans while meticulously tracking and communicating physiological changes to ensure timely medical interventions.
• Interdisciplinary Leadership: Acts as the primary coordinator across all medical disciplines to ensure seamless, well-synchronized patient care and treatment execution.
• Strategic Care Coordination: Precisely executes physician orders and leads comprehensive discharge planning to ensure a safe transition for high-risk patients.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in step down or progressive care unit
