Job description
Working in the Float Pool presents an exciting opportunity for registered nurses who will work on Medical Surgical and Telemetry units, as well as care for Med/Surg and Telemetry patients in alternate areas such as the Emergency Center.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates (ASN) with current BSN program enrollment or enrollment within 18 months of hire.
• Massachusetts RN licensure in good standing
• BLS Provider credentialed by American Heart Association by first day of employment
• Minimum one year of direct patient care experience as an RN strongly preferred
The nurses working in the Float Pool must be flexible, enjoy a variety of assignments and have the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others. Limited weekend commitment and rotation required.
