Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, 3 shifts per week
Department: Med/Surg 3 | Adult Acute Care
Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center
What You'll Do
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for adult acute-care patients with diverse medical diagnoses
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments safely and effectively
• Develop and strengthen clinical skills including wound care, IV insertion and management, blood specimen collection, and gastrostomy tube management
• Provide care for patients with stable tracheostomies

What We're Looking For
• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
