Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
In-Home | Portsmouth, VA | $21–$26/hr | Part-Time Afternoons
As an RBT with HealthPro Pediatrics, you’ll work one-on-one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other exceptionalities providing play-based ABA services making a difference every day helping them build skills, gain independence, and confidently navigate everyday challenges.
• In-home services in Portsmouth, VA!
• Afternoons M-F 3pm - 6pm!
• $21-$26/hour
• We provide free supervision hours towards your BCaBA/BCBA certifications!
• Additional hours and optional weekend hours available for clinicians wanting to make up hours missed during the work week at our clinics in Hampton and Newport News!

Responsibilities
Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
Qualifications
• Ideal candidates have a valid RBT certification and experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school/national equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
