What You’ll Do
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments, prophylactic cleanings, scaling and root planing, and topical fluoride applications.
• Diagnostic Support: Take high-quality dental X-rays (licensed) and assist dentists during multi-step procedures.
• Build Relationships & Trust: Create a warm, comfortable atmosphere for patients while educating them on lifelong oral health.
• Keep Operations Seamless: Maintain pristine, organized treatment rooms and accurate, timely patient documentation.
• Grow & Innovate: Stay current with the latest dental hygiene techniques, technologies, and clinical protocols.

What We’re Looking For
• Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Vermont.
• Skills & Mindset: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first heart.
• Work Ethic: Strong organizational ability, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
