In this role, you will conduct thorough patient assessments and monitoring, while educating patients and their families on procedures and radiation safety. You will act as a patient advocate, ensuring high-quality care for a diverse patient population across all age groups and abilities. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, performing exams with technical precision, and evaluating images for quality. Proficiency in using department equipment and maintaining patient safety is essential.Your Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
• Exceptional communication and patient care skills

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Sterile procedure
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• If do not currently possess an active ARRT (R) Registry and only an active Radiology Student Permit by the State of Indiana, must have documentation as a graduate of radiology school or radiology program required.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred
• Required: Current license as a Radiologic Technologist by the State of Indiana and current ARRT (R) Registry OR Current active Radiology Student Permit by the State of Indiana and be ARRT registry eligible.
• ARRT (R) registry and Radiologic Technologist License by the state of Indiana must be obtained within six months of employment
