Facility: Forsyth Medical Center | Location: Winston-Salem, NC | Position Type: Part-Time | Work Schedule: Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
What You'll Do
• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care for patients undergoing neurovascular, peripheral vascular, and interventional procedures
• Care for patients undergoing invasive procedures in CT and ultrasound
• Support patients undergoing Cardiolite stress test procedures
• Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members throughout the patient care process
• Monitor patients closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Participate in the department's required call rotation
• Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and patient safety standards

What We're Looking For
• Education: High school diploma required. Associates degree preferred. IF RT(R): Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist Program resulting in certification OR graduate of an accredited Radiological Technologist Program and currently registered by ARRT. IF RN: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN license.
• Experience: IF RT(R): Minimum of one year Cath Lab or Interventional Procedures required. IF RN: Minimum one year Critical Care, Cath Lab, or Interventional Procedures required.
• Licensure/certification/registration: IF RT(R): ARRT required. IF RN: state RN license required. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096.
• Additional skills required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skill validation and competency testing. IF RN: Pass Cardiac Dysrhythmias Test.
