Make every patient interaction count. Join the CFH Medical Unit as a Patient Care Technician and provide the hands-on care, comfort and technical support that helps patients feel safe and supported throughout their hospital stay.
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Unit Director and direct supervision of the Charge RN and/or Staff RN/LPN, the Patient Care Technician facilitates patient care through assistance with activities of daily living, helping provide a clean, comfortable and safe care environment, and performing delegated technical procedures.
💼 Work Information
• 🏥 Department: CFH Medical Unit
• ☀️ Shift: Days | 12-hour shift
• 🕒 Schedule: 6:15 AM – 7:15 PM
• 💼 Status: Full-Time | 36 hours/week
• 🤝 Role Focus: Direct patient support, activities of daily living, patient comfort and safety, and delegated technical procedures

Qualifications
🎓 Education & Training
• Post-high-school specialized training required
• Successful completion of a Patient Care Technician (PCT) training program required

📋 Licensure & Certification
• Patient Care Technician certification OR Nursing Assistant certification required
• BLS required

⭐ Additional Requirements
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

🎓 Education & Training
• Post-high-school specialized training required
• Successful completion of a Patient Care Technician (PCT) training program required
