Description:
The Psychotherapist will serve in a manner which exemplifies the philosophy, mission and values of Baptist Health South Florida, acting as a therapist, advocate-mediator and educator. The Psychotherapist is also responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships in the community, with employees of BHSF and organizations as sources of referrals for counseling. This position will be held accountable to the highest level of professional ethics and moral conduct as an employee of Baptist Health South Florida and related communities. Estimated salary range for this position is $61454.47 - $79890.81 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
• Masters.

Licenses & Certifications:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Additional Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master's or doctor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marital and family therapy, or equivalent.
• Licensure in Mental Health, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work or equivalent State certification.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high change environment and to function independently, at multiple facility locations in Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and on line medical record keeping.
• Comfort and ability to work with clients who have behavioral health concerns as well as medical concerns.
• Flexibility to provide therapy in a medical environment including acute care settings.

Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
