POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the Organ Transplant Clinic and remote clinics in defining implementation priorities to ensure successful attainment of organization goals and outcomes. Manages daily operations as it relates to efficient clinic workflow and financial management. Collaborates with internal and external departments for purposes of workflow efficiency, analysis, project management and implementation. Participates in efforts to improve and drive operational performance and will work to develop a culture of “self-service” reporting. Researches and utilizes industry, state, and national benchmarks for clinic performance.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field OR four years of equivalent management experience OR four years of increased responsibility and experience.
