Position Highlights
• 4-bed ICU with 2 negative-pressure rooms
• Hemodialysis-ready for all beds
• Strong support staff and integrated multidisciplinary rounds

Schedule
The PRN Tier 1 Nurse must work:
• Four (4) 12-hour shifts in a 6-week period.
• Two (2) of the 4 shifts must be a weekend.
• Must work 1 major summer and 1 major winter holiday

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure in South Carolina or Compact State
• BLS and ACLS (may be obtained after hire)
• Experience: novice to expert nurse

Preferred:
• 1+ years of ICU or acute critical care experience in the past 5 years
• BSN preferred

• Providing complex, high-acuity patient care
• Collaborating with physicians, RTs, and support staff to improve patient outcomes
• Using critical thinking and advanced clinical judgment to guide care decisions
• Participating in shared governance, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives
