Position: PRN - On-Call Only Radiology Technician
Location: Artesian Valley Health System
Compensation: Flat rate of $25.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable, independent, and skilled PRN – On-Call Only Radiology Technician to provide call coverage during off-hours, keeping high-quality diagnostic care accessible to our community when it’s needed most.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an On-Call Radiology Tech, you are our frontline responder for diagnostic imaging during night and weekend coverage.
• Weekday Night Coverage: Scheduled on-call shifts from 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Weekend Coverage: Select weekend shifts starting Friday evening through Monday morning. (Exact scheduling and availability details can be discussed during the interview process!)
• Diagnostic Imaging: Independently perform a full range of general radiographic procedures, operating equipment safely and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Patient-Centered Care: Coordinate care seamlessly with physicians, emergency staff, and allied health personnel while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Certification: ARRT registered.
• Licensure & CPR: Current state license (State of Kansas) with required CEUs and active CPR certification.
• Response Time: Must live within a 30-minute radius of Artesian Valley Health System or be able to be present in the radius for the call time, to ensure prompt response when called in.
• Professional Excellence: Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong professional image, and the confidence to function independently in high-demand moments.
