Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Join our team and make a difference in patient care! We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support surgical procedures, Labor & Delivery, and postpartum patient care. Hours will be 7pm to 7am.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary scrub technician during surgical procedures, anticipating surgeon needs and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Prepare, clean, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with Labor & Delivery procedures, including sterile setup and instrument processing.
• Provide direct patient care on the postpartum unit, including vital signs, hygiene, mobility assistance, and other daily care needs.
• Support newborn care and nursery operations as needed.
• Maintain operating room cleanliness, equipment readiness, and accurate documentation.
• Follow established safety protocols, infection prevention practices, and quality patient care standards.
• Maintain surgical supplies, inventory, and emergency crash carts.

Qualifications
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Certifications: National Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification and BLS certification required.

Experience: At least one year of surgical experience preferred.
