We are looking for an Internal Medicine or adult only Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established primary care practice in McLean, Virginia. This position offers you the opportunity to practice alongside three other primary care physicians and our dedicated and highly trained staff members. In this outpatient setting, you will have a set Monday-Friday schedule where you’ll be able to focus entirely on primary care. There is a lab on-site and access to specialists in the area.

Compensation and Incentives
• Competitive base salary of $250,000
• Sign-on bonus
• Annual quality incentive of up to $16,000 , guaranteed in full during the first year
• Quarterly bonuses based on work productivity

Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
• Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
