Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Holy Cross Medical Group | Wilton Manors, Florida
Holy Cross Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established Primary Care practice in Wilton Manors, Florida, one of South Florida's most vibrant and diverse communities.
This is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, with a particular focus on serving the LGBTQ+ community. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in inclusive healthcare, preventive medicine, sexual health, and HIV prevention and treatment strategies.

Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current Florida licensure or eligibility
• Board certification as NP or PA
• Experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Community Health, or LGBTQ+ healthcare preferred
• Knowledge and experience with PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) management and sexual health screening strongly preferred
• Experience caring for LGBTQ+ patients highly desired
• AAHIVM HIV Specialist Certification or other HIV-focused certification is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to culturally competent, inclusive care
