We are looking for a family nurse practitioner to join our well-established practice in the beautiful waterside community of Great Mills in southern Maryland. This position offers you the opportunity to practice alongside three other primary care providers and our dedicated and highly trained staff. In this outpatient setting, you will have a set Monday - Friday schedule where you’ll be able to focus entirely on primary care. There is a lab on-site and access to specialists in the area.
Position Highlights
• 100% outpatient primary care
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Flexible scheduling options
• Established practice with four primary care providers
• Dedicated clinical and administrative support staff
• On-site laboratory
• Access to a broad network of specialists
• Eligible for visa sponsorship
Compensation and Incentives
• Competitive base salary of $135,000
• Sign-on bonus
• Annual quality incentive of up to $10,000 , guaranteed in full during the first year
• Quarterly bonuses based on work volumes

Qualifications
• NP degree
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• 2+ years experience
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
• Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
