Description:
Serves as a liaison between the patient and health care team. Resolves patient needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. Serves as a clinical resource for educational initiatives. Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and caregivers. Estimated pay range for this position is $33.23 - $44.20 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
• Associates.

Licenses & Certifications:
• Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support.

Additional Qualifications:
• RN‘s hired after 2/2012 with an Associate‘s degree have 3 years to complete the BSN degree.
• Bilingual preferred.

Minimum Required Experience: 1 year outpatient RN experience preferred.
